WHAT ADVANTAGES DO YOU GET FROM USING THIS KIT? 

Easy Drum is a rotary system for electrospinning application which enables you to obtain aligned micro/ nano fibers using drum or disk collectors. 

We have different models available for every electrospinning use.

This machine allows you to detach the collector, with the advantage of simply replacing it and allowing the creation of tubular structures. By simply moving the mandrels, in fact, you can remove the collector without the need of cutting your fibers substrate. Thanks to the detachable mandrels of the rotary system, collectors of different sizes can be mounted in an easy and fast way.

WHAT MATERIALS CAN YOU ELECTROSPIN? 

It is possible to electrospin any type of synthetic, organic polymer or ceramic material, starting from solutions at room temperature.

WHAT QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF NANOFIBERS DO YOU GET? 

The user can create deposits of micro/nanofibers with aligned structure.

Up to 200 ml of solution per day.

The 3D Spin is a complete electrospinning system to create high-quality nanofibers with uniform thickness, both with random or aligned structures.

ELECTROSPINNING ROTO TRANSLATION UNIT

Our Roto translation Unit translates and rotates at the same time, in order to guarantee a uniform deposition of fibers along the collector.
