Plexiglas (dielectric) vertical support to fasten a rigid or flexible flat collector in front of the needle, for every static electrospinning application.

CONCENTRATE THE FIELD ON SMALL OR CONDUCTIVE COLLECTORS

The vertical support holds rigid or flexible flat collectors in position in front of the needle. Made of Plexiglas, it features perforations to install it on the modular support plates with dedicated screws, for a secure, stable hold and accurate, repeatable geometries over time.

The dielectric Plexiglas lets you correctly manage electricity-conducting collectors — even with small shapes and geometries — concentrating the electric field, and therefore the nanofibers, exactly where you want, while avoiding their attraction to unwanted metal surfaces.

Plexiglas or aluminum vertical support?

Choose Plexiglas (dielectric) to concentrate the field on a small conductive collector and prevent fibers from being attracted to surrounding metal. Choose the aluminum version when you want a uniform field over a larger area, including dielectric collectors like films.

Does it mount on standard modular plates?

Yes — it bolts onto any Linari modular support plate via the M6 hole grid.
