Every accessory is designed for reproducible nanofiber deposition and a safe, stable electric field — and thanks to standard connections most of them also work with third-party electrospinning setups. Collectors and motion systems. Flat and rotating collectors like the Aluminum Cylinder and Aluminum Disk, the digitally controlled Easy Drum rotary system (also in an entry-level version) for aligned nanofibers with uniform thickness, and the Gantry 2D Spin XY table for near-field precision patterning.

High-voltage generators. 40–60 kV generators, also available with web interface for remote monitoring and control.

Needles and spinnerets. Single Luer needles with flat tip for a symmetric electric field, 90° bent needles for vertical setups, miniaturized multiple needles for high-productivity spinning, and our full range of coaxial needles for core-shell fibers.

Supports and setup. Modular supports in aluminum, PTFE and PVC with precise perforations for repeatable geometries, plus vertical supports and the dielectric needle support.

Process add-ons. The Heating Needle System for temperature-controlled spinning of high-viscosity solutions, drip trays and spare screws.

Frequently asked questions

Do Linari accessories work with non-Linari electrospinning systems?

Most do: needles use standard Luer Lock connections, collectors and supports are free-standing, and generators are independent units. If you are unsure about a specific combination, contact us with your setup details.

How do I obtain aligned nanofibers?

Use a rotating collector: the Easy Drum converts any static setup into a dynamic one — at high rotation speed nanofibers align along the drum circumference, with uniform thickness across the deposit.

Can I upgrade my machine with these accessories later?

Yes — modularity is a core principle of Linari systems. Start with a plate collector and add a rotary system, extra needles or a heating stage when your research requires it, without replacing the base machine.

Which modular support material should I choose?

Aluminum for general-purpose rigidity, PTFE (Teflon) for the most aggressive solvents and maximum chemical resistance, PVC as the cost-effective dielectric option for standard applications.
