eSpin.ai
Not sure your polymer can be electrospun? Parameter optimisation is the slowest part of the job. eSpin.ai is trained on the largest open knowledge base of electrospinning literature and suggests starting solvents, additives and process parameters for your material — so you spend fewer runs finding a workable window.

FAQ
How do I know if my material can be electrospun?
Send us the material and we test it. Spinnability depends on the polymer, the solvent system, the concentration and the ambient conditions, so it cannot be predicted reliably from a datasheet.
We run trials in our laboratory in Pisa, characterise the fibres by SEM, and report the working parameters back to you before you commit to a purchase.
Can I test my own materials before buying?
Yes. You can run trials on your own materials in our fully equipped electrospinning laboratory in Pisa, with SEM and microscopy on hand to characterise the result. Many customers start this way, because it establishes whether the process works and which configuration they actually need before any money is spent on equipment.
Which electrospinning machine should I choose?
It depends on the stage you are at. For research and teaching, the Electrospinning Starter Kit is a complete benchtop station, available in random-fibre or aligned-fibre configuration. For multi-material work and unattended runs, RT Advanced spins up to eight materials at the same time. For scale-up there is Pilot Spinner. All our systems are modular, so you can start small and add collectors, coaxial needles or a climate-controlled chamber later.
How much does an electrospinning machine cost?
Complete systems are configured to the application, so they are quoted individually rather than sold at a list price. Use the Get
a Quote form on any machine page describing your material and target output, and we will send a configured quotation.
Accessories and consumables are priced directly in the shop.
Lead time for a built-to-order system is 6–10 weeks.
Do you provide installation, training and technical support?
Yes. We install on site and train your team on the machine and on the process itself, including how to tune voltage, flow rate and
working distance for your material. Support afterwards comes from our R&D team in Pisa — the same people who built the machine — and in selected markets from local distribution partners.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. More than 400 installations across over 70 countries in 15+ years. Most customers buy directly from us in Pisa; in selected
markets we work through local distribution partners who provide first-line support.
