Syringes. Fully glass syringes with Luer Lock male connector — chemically inert, precise and compatible with all standard syringe pumps.

Tubing. Flexible transparent PVC tubing with Luer Lock connectors in different lengths (also as a complete kit), and PTFE (Teflon) tube for aggressive solvents and high-temperature processes.

Fittings. Teflon fittings and the Luer-UNF adapter that connects fluid lines to coaxial needles.

Frequently asked questions

PVC or PTFE tubing: which one should I use?

PVC is flexible, transparent (you can see the solution flow) and ideal for standard polymer solutions. Choose PTFE for corrosive solvents such as HFIP, DMF or TFA, and for heated processes — it is chemically inert across virtually all electrospinning solvents.

Are these consumables compatible with my system?

Yes — all syringes, tubes and fittings use standard Luer Lock / Luer-UNF connections, so they work with any electrospinning machine and standard syringe pumps.

How often should tubing and seals be replaced?

It depends on the solvents used: inspect tubing regularly for stiffening or discoloration and replace at the first sign of degradation. Keeping spare tubing and a sealing kit at hand avoids interrupting long experiments.
