Single-channel programmable syringe pump for syringes up to 60 mL — the precise, repeatable solution feed at the heart of a stable electrospinning process.
CONTROL INFUSION RATES EVEN DURING OPERATION
Syringe pump with programmable microprocessor that lets you define programs with up to 41 stages, each with a different duration and flow rate. Infusion rates can be adjusted even while the pump is running, and a power-failure mode allows the pump to resume operation after a reset — protecting long, unattended experiments.

For voltages above 25 kV, we strongly recommend the Syringe Electrical Insulation. Fits our glass syringes and connects to needles with Luer Lock tubing.

Why do I need a programmable pump for electrospinning?
Fiber diameter and morphology depend directly on a stable, precise flow rate. A programmable pump holds the rate constant over hours and lets you script multi-stage profiles — impossible to achieve by hand.
Do I need the electrical insulation?
Above 25 kV, yes: the insulation protects the pump electronics from the high voltage applied to the solution. For a full multi-layer setup, consider the double-channel remote-control pump.
